Night of Brilliance was exactly that kind of evening for me.

Receiving two separate awards during my Invisalign journey, which I have pursued with great passion for many years, was of course incredibly rewarding. However, the Clinical Speaker Award held a particularly special meaning for me. Throughout my professional journey, sharing what I have learned and the clinical experience I have gained with my colleagues has always been just as meaningful to me as learning itself.

The other award made me reflect on something else…

I have never believed that success in our profession can be defined by numbers alone. Rather than how many cases we treat, I believe what truly matters is how we approach and treat each individual case.

For me, real success is not about treating more cases. It is about striving to achieve the best possible treatment outcome for every patient I have the opportunity to treat… Not shying away from challenging cases, replanning as many times as necessary, questioning, learning, and continuing to raise our standards year after year.

Perhaps that is why I choose to see the two awards I received that evening not as a reflection of numbers, but as a reminder to continue working, learning, and sharing with the same dedication and care I have carried throughout the years.

My heartfelt thanks to my patients who have placed their trust in me, my team who stand beside me with the same meticulous care in every case, my valued colleagues with whom we continue to learn from and inspire one another, and the Align Technology Türkiye family. 🤍
