About Us
With nearly 30 years of clinical experience, we approach orthodontics by considering aesthetics, function, and facial balance as a whole.
Private Ebru Çetinkaya Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic
Throughout nearly 30 years of clinical experience, I have approached orthodontics not merely as the alignment of teeth, but as a comprehensive treatment philosophy that considers facial aesthetics, function, jaw relationships, airway, the masticatory system, and long-term stability together. I provide personalized treatment planning for children, adolescents, and adults by combining modern orthodontic principles with digital technologies. My clinical work is particularly focused on clear aligner treatments, digital orthodontics, adult orthodontics, orthognathic surgery preparation, and multidisciplinary aesthetic case planning.
I consider closely following scientific developments, actively participating in international training programs, and integrating current orthodontic approaches into my clinical practice to be a fundamental part of my professional philosophy.
My Education
Istanbul University Capa Faculty of Dentistry
I completed my dental education at Istanbul University Capa Faculty of Dentistry in 1996. During my education, I developed a particular interest in orthodontics, craniofacial development, growth and development mechanisms, and functional treatment approaches.
Marmara University Department of Orthodontics
I completed my orthodontic specialty training at the Department of Orthodontics at Marmara University in 2000. During my specialty training, I carried out intensive studies on biomechanical principles, orthognathic surgery planning, adult orthodontics, pediatric orthodontics, functional orthodontics, and multidisciplinary treatment approaches.
International Education and Clinical Observership
Between 2000 and 2002, I participated in clinical observership and academic training programs at the University of Missouri–Kansas City in the United States.
During this period, I had the opportunity to gain international-level clinical observation experience in modern orthodontic biomechanics, multidisciplinary case planning, orthognathic surgery preparation, adult orthodontics, and digital orthodontic systems.
I believe that my education and clinical observership experience in the United States made an important contribution to shaping the modern, digital, and patient-centered orthodontic approach I practice today.
Digital Orthodontics and Clear Aligner Treatments
I believe the future of orthodontics is being shaped by digital planning systems, three-dimensional analyses, and individualized biomechanical planning.
For this reason, I have focused extensively on digital orthodontics and clear aligner systems for many years. I have participated in numerous advanced certification and training programs for various aligner systems, particularly Invisalign®.
After completing the Invisalign® Certification Course in 2011, I continued to receive advanced training in aligner biomechanics, digital workflow systems, ClinCheck® planning, TAD-assisted aligner treatments, adult clear aligner treatments, and complex digital case management.
The following elements form the foundation of my clinical approach to treatment planning:
- Digital impression systems
- Three-dimensional orthodontic analyses
- Facial aesthetics assessments
- Functional occlusion analyses
- Individualized biomechanical planning
- Clear aligner-supported digital treatment processes
Training and Certification Programs
I believe continuous education is one of the most important components of professional development. Throughout my career, I have therefore continued to actively participate in national and international orthodontic congresses, multidisciplinary training programs, digital orthodontic organizations, and advanced biomechanics courses.

My Perspective on Orthodontics
I believe orthodontic treatment is not merely about aligning the teeth. Every individual has a unique facial structure, jaw relationship, muscular balance, smile aesthetics, and functional anatomy.
For this reason, I consider an individualized approach to treatment planning extremely important. My goal is to achieve results that are not only aesthetically pleasing, but also functionally healthy, balanced, and stable over the long term.
Particularly in digital orthodontics and clear aligner treatments, I adopt a modern approach supported by scientific evidence, respectful of biological limits, and focused on the patient’s comfort and quality of life.
30 Years of Clinical Experience
I continue to work with a broad patient population ranging from children to adults, focusing on modern orthodontic treatments, clear aligner systems, and multidisciplinary treatment planning.
The foundations of my professional approach include:
- Continuous education
- Closely following scientific developments
- Using digital technologies appropriately
- Providing individualized treatment planning
- Prioritizing patient-doctor communication
These principles guide my professional practice.
I see orthodontics as a long-term transformation process that influences aesthetics, function, and quality of life together.
